Why won’t my Xbox account balance show up on the Xbox 360?

Hello Anthony, you have to download the profile on the Xbox 360, if you have already done that and the value is not showing, try to follow the procedures below.

Roll back and reinstall system updates.

To do this:

In the console, go to Settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight the memory unit

Enter the following sequence of buttons: LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X

This opens the Delete System Update window.

Select Yes.

This restarts the console.

I have the same issue. MY balance shows up as $47.62 CAD on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and on the Microsoft commerce site but on xbox.com it shows up as $0.

I'm still able to make purchases on console and my music pass is still renewing itself but I wonder why xbox.com doesn't recognize my balance.

Hey sorry to bother you but I just recently lost my orange creeper cape on Minecraft and I was wondering on why that occurred and it won’t show up in my cape selection slot . I’m having a problem with time pilot which I bought digitally 12 years ago using Microsoft points it still shows up on my 360 but won’t show up on any of my Xbox ones
