    Why won't my Xbox 1s install?


    So I've tried every troubleshooting option I can find. Hard resets to cache clearing to factory resets and it still stops constantly during installations even after updates have installed. It's happened on several games from wwe 2k16 to 20 and RDR2, but was able to install RDR2 digitally under my brother's profile after adding his profile to my console. I've removed my profile and re-downloaded it, still the same.

    Time frame, it was a few weeks ago when I had a lot of trouble and did the factory reset, however now it's also taking a while to load and the second screens screenshot shows an error code I got just minutes ago.

    Yes I've tried hard wired and on wifi. And I elected to keep my games and apps when I did the factory reset.

    When did this issue start to occur? Are you getting any error message or error code?

    You mentioned that you performed a factory reset, did you choose to keep your games and apps?

    To further isolate the issue, please try to connect using a different network connection. You may switch from wireless to wired or vice versa.
