    Why won’t my two disc gta 5 won’t work?


    I just got it from Walmart yesterday and it says installation stopped, it’s stopped at 2% 7% and 52%, this was gonna be my first gta game. Please somebody help.

    I understand that you want to install GTA V however it kept saying installation stopped.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please gently clean the disc with a soft, lint-free cloth.

    And then perform a power cycle by holding the power button on your Xbox console for about 10 seconds until it turns off completely, then turn it back on.

    Kindly restart your modem/router as well in order for your network connection to refresh.

    Next is to clear local saved data. To do this, please go to Settings > System > Storage > Manage storage > Clear local saved games.

    If incase none of the steps work, kindly try to install the game while your console is offline. This can sometimes bypass network-related issues.

    If you're connected via Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Network > Network settings and select Go offline.

    Open your disc tray or insert the disc into your console's disc drive.

    The console should automatically start the installation process.

    If it doesn't, go to My games & apps > See all > Queue and select the game to start the installation manually.

    The game will begin installing from the disc. This may take some time depending on the size of the game.

    Once the installation is complete, reconnect to the internet and launch the game.

    On console and it’s a disc every time I try to install gta it stops and won’t install anymore it only happens with gta.
