    Im trying to play games on the App but when I go to play a game with cloud gaming its says no controller found when the PS4 is connected up to my laptop via bluetooth

    Becausr sony doesn't support non sony platforms

    You need one a Bluetooth

    2nd a third party program like ds4win or steam with external app support enabled

    If those two can't find it you have to address it with the app you are using sp steam is its own support etc

    Sony will not provide support for non supported platforms

    Its a lisencesed Microsoft controller. It was bought new and modded... It a Microsoft controller.. So Idk why it wont work. Its the new black controller with the chome looking middle buttom.
