Why wont my pc gamepass games download?

I recently opened the xbox app and bought pc gamepass to play a better variety of games, when I tried downloading a game (specifically Valheim) my game download showed 0% "Preparing" and then 0% "downloading" and stuck like that for a very long time. Once it actually got to 584kilobytes but never got past that. I would very appreciate some help. Thanks

Have you checked if you can install your games via MS store app? If not, kindly open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game pass. Check if the same issue persists. Thank you!

If i put my Gamepass ultimate on my xbox 1s will the games i download on my xbox come on my pc to or does it only work for one console or pc?

download the xbox app and sign in with your account that has gamepass pc, then download the games from gamepass pc.

No he is trying to play online but it wont let him and prompts him to buy gamepass, but he can download and play gamepass games offline
