    Why won’t my network connect


    So I wake up early after staying up until 6 Am

    My Xbox was perfectly fine but when I wake up the it’s asking me to put my network in again it happens every now and then but most of the time it automatically connects I thought it was a power outage while I was asleep or something.Come to find out I put passwords I got some wrong as I had just woken up I was excited to play a game that updated which was why I was up so early I finally get the password right it says “ITS ALL GOOD”as usual but when I go home it still says no network so I give it a minute then I do it again does the same thing then I see my upnp was unsuccessful no I reset my Xbox and do it again 2 times so I unplug it it still doesn’t work that’s when I start to get worried and frustrated.I then remember I had started to update the game that I was excited for at 5 am and usually it would be done updating when I wake up but it wasn’t so I found that odd come to realize it’s been at 84% and wouldn’t move and would often say stop installing.

    I then unplug it angrily and go back to sleep then I wake up confident it would work…

    It didn’t work.

    I then see it says I need to Authenticate so I think that’s the problem so I click the button and the screen to the website loads and never stops until it says it was a error so I can’t turn that on I can’t do anything

    I contact Xbox it doesn’t work

    I watch videos it doesn’t work

    I even unplugged my Wi-Fi box and plugged it back in causing all internet to go out in the house until I turn it on again.

    I am mad and crying haven’t got to play the game nothing and am scared

    My Xbox is broken I don’t know how long it will last

    It has been reports of it going on for years.

    PLEASE HELP IM DESPERATE

    Wireless network not connecting to internet

    It’s an Xbox One console and yes it does display my wireless network’s name but it won’t connect with it. No codes or error messages come up. It just says it can’t connect to my wireless network and to try unplugging my router/modem for 30 seconds and
    then plug it back in which I have done several times and it still won’t connect.

    Sorry for my late response. I had no internet and simply forgot about this discussion. My console is connected to a different network (Wi-Fi), it’s a public connection but I’ve tried updating Fortnite on that connection and on my private connection at home. Both networks and still Fortnite won’t update. Also, if I am connected to the internet, where should this backup of this data be, what cloud and where?
