Why won’t my mw3 360 disc work with Xbox one?

Your console was purchased on Europe as well?

I ask this because the Xbox 360 titles are geo-restricted

What happens exactly when you insert the disc?
The console doesn't recognize it ?
Or what happens exactly?
Also, where are you physically located? And what's the disc region? NTSC or PAL?

And, did you tried inserting the disc to another Xbox or Xbox 360 console to see what happens?

I was double checking and the game is backwards compatible

Please try testing the game with a different Xbox one console to see if that helps

Or if you have another backwards compatible game, insert it and give it a new try

I am located in the uk and yes my console was bought in Europe too.

When I insert the disc into the Xbox the usual disc sound doesn’t happen and nothing does actually happen it’s like there isn’t even a disc in the console.

I bought it from a CeX shop and replaced it today but still doesn’t work

No I haven’t tried the disc with a different console but I might be able to tomorrow.

The disc region is PAL.
