Why won’t my mw2 disc load!!!

Just this game but I know it’s not the disc being damage because it was tested and it worked at the shop so the disc can’t be damage

Well knowing than your disc reader from your xbox one s works, i recommend to you do this:

Clear the disc cache: On your Xbox One S, go to Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Blu-ray Disc Cleaning. Select "Clear Persistent Storage" and restart your console.

Verify download: After downloading the game through the Xbox app, check if the download completed successfully and the files are not corrupted. You might need to re-download it.

Check storage space: Ensure enough free space is available on your console's internal hard drive for the game to install.

Unlink and relink account: Try unlinking and relinking your Xbox account from the Xbox app to refresh the connection.

Restart your Xbox One S: A simple restart can sometimes clear temporary glitches and refresh the system. If you already tried with a reset try a hard reset and if you already tried with a hard reset, try returning back to the default configuration of your xbox one s to see if this can help. Of course when you going to restore to default options your xbox, select "keep all my games" to don't lose your games or your information has been synchronized in your console.
