    purchased movies will not play through xbox video... keeps saying try again later. BS

    Captain America Civil War 3D

    Anyone know why the Xbox One won't play Civil War in 3D? The menus are 3D, but when you go to the movie it reverts to 2d? Every other movie works fine.

    Are you receiving this error while signed into the account that originally purchased the content? If you are not, please be sure that profile is signed-in so you can view that content. If you are signed into the appropriate account, let's give these steps
    a shot, please be sure to let us know how it goes!

    - Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.

    - Remove power from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    - Once 5 minutes have passed, plug everything back in and power back on.

    Post back and let us know how it goes!

    If you mean when you click on xbox video box from the dashboard it says starting xbox video, then hangs and gives you a message and to contact support. I am getting this same problem, after a live chat it may be determined that its a software failure within
    the xbox itself, i did notice this start to happen with change with the entire dashboard without any update occuring on my system.

    Does it only do it digitally or is this DVD's as well?
    Yes I get the same error code on my computer as the xbox 0x801901f7
