    I bought a new gamertag on my xbox live account but my gamertag in minecraft hasnt changed. I play on ps4 bedrock and use the same email for all accounts.

    Verify if the change is visible on your Xbox Profile Page:

    https://account.xbox.com/Profile

    Please, try clearing your console cache data.

    Turn off your console.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Power button on your console to turn it on.

    Xbox enforcement

    I have had my gamertag changes as well. This is utter nonsense as the gamertag was generated by Microsoft when I bought my day 1 Xbox one and had issues with my email on my 360 account so started fresh.

    Why would an enforcement be necessary on an auto generated gamertag 4 years ago? it was and I can't see how that is offensive if the G was a C I'd understand. I was going to by an Xbox X in new year but I'll move to Sony after this

    Hello Traice, my name is zahir, i am here to help with your question.

    Unfortunately you wont be able to revert back to your old gamertag.

    If you are trying to change the gamertag back to the old one and it is says its not available then its not available.

    The problem is this MS made a new policy change where any new gamertags including changes in gamertags have a limit of 12 characters.

    The old gamertag is 14 characters so this is why it is not available for you to change your gamertag back.

    I can't seem to play the full version of Minecraft while offline...

    My wife and I have the family pack. her account is the primary account. I bought and downloaded minecraft on her profile. My son just got his own xbox. I downloaded her profile and game to his xbox but it wont let him play under his gamertag. All three
    gamertags are under the family pack. Is there a way to get him to be able to play minecraft on either xbox under his gamertag?
