    why wont my microsoft account work on minecraft?


    i complete rhe enture thing, i search up the website, put in in my code, and then put in my email snd password, and it sayd welcome *********! but then when i press back on minecraft, it says ‘loading acount’ but it never does! ive tried making a new account on a new ps account and it still does the same thing, am i IP banned? if so, how can i get my account back because i have so many realms and memories with it.
