Why wont my library load?

I just want to confirm, have you tried using a wired connection instead of wifi?

Also, by restart do you mean power cycle or factory reset keep my games and apps?

Kindly try a wired network connection then perform a factory reset keep my games and apps (if you have performed this already, please skip this step.)

Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

This will also help sync the data on your console properly. Once you're done, try to check if you will be able to launch your games from your console's library.

If the issue still persists, perform an Offline System Update. To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

I cant start my campaign! Why!? It wont load

WarZone wont load multiplayer, redownload twice and thats along time. Why??

Well what I do exactly is go to the games library via the dashboard, select Game Room, it loads, stutters a bit like it's struggling to play smoothly, and then my XBOX freezes; it did that twice today.

Perfect Dark still won't load. I go through the same process as with Game Room and then a message comes on that says "the game failed to load" and then it takes me back to the games library.

I don't understand why these are the only two games not working. It can't be an issue with the hard drive because the other games I downloaded play.

As for my fiancé's profile, I still can't download it and am getting the same error code.
