Why won’t my game redownload when I delete all corrupted data

To confirm, have you already tried to perform a factory reset? Did you choose to keep your games and apps or remove everything?

I suggest that you try to connect your console via hardwired (Ethernet cable) to your router/modem. You may also try to use your mobile data hotspot and see if your game would download correctly.

The game is digital, not on a disc.

My Xbox just refuses to redownload it saying it's corrupt even though I have deleted all the game data off my console.

I have had problems with corrupted data before even a profile. Here is what I did. I went into the memory and deleted everything corrupted. then cleaned my cache, then redownloaded the game. When my profile was corrupted I had to delete it from the console
and redownload it. The only problem i had with redownloading the profile is that I couldn't remember the email it was attached to. I had to call 1-800-4my-xbox and find out what email was attached to it. Once I got that I just redownloaded and it has worked
fine.

I followed the above instructions and when i searched for the corrupted data there wasnt any it all said it was fine so i tryed to delete it and redownload it anyway and the problem persists.

Your GTA data may be corrupt so delete the game form your consol and redownload it. If you have save data put that on a flashdrive first .
