    Why won’t my enforcement cases load?


    Hello, my account has been suspended as of yesterday which was just over 24 hours ago for a message I sent and when I go to the enforcement page to see the active suspension, completed suspensions, they won’t load. It just loads forever. I’ve tried multiple computers, internets, and my cases still won’t load. I can’t see how long I’ve been suspended nor what I’ve really been suspended for. I can’t call an agent. I have no clue what to do

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue. This seems unusual. I tested signing into my account at this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli... and it loaded fine. There may be a temporary issue with the page or something affecting your connection. Perhaps, you can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

    Have you tried accessing the page using a different network, such as mobile data? If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to Xbox Support for further

    assistance. You can contact them here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Additionally, you can use the Virtual Agent at Xbox Virtual Agent. Simply type "Contact Xbox Support," fill out the necessary details, and choose your preferred contact method.

    Please take note that Xbox support can't assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. However, I believe they would be able to check the date of the suspension.     my account was suspended

    enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to submit a case review. Phone/chat support do not handle enforcement issues. I'm not sure why it's not loading for you, but the page is working.
