Why wont my discord stay linked to my xbox

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console.
Solution 2: Try setting up Manual DNS settings on your console.

I've also made new accounts, and they all have the same results. Whenever i try to contact support ot says my passwords are always incorrect but when i enter them in login the go through. Was i hacked or is this just a issue going on with me?
