    Why won’t my custom gamer picture upload?


    The gamer picture I’m trying to upload is a mirror selfie of me. It’s not inappropriate or against any guidelines…I’ve tried uploading for the past couple days. Normally Xbox is able to verify my pictures are okay to upload but this one won’t. It’s the same as my Microsoft pfp.

    K3nzi3Bxby, would I know if you tried to use a different gamer pic, or is just the picture you want the one that isn’t uploaded?

    In addition to that, are you trying to change the profile picture on the Xbox mobile app, or through your console?

    Hey AwsomeGuy174, You cant upload a custom gamer picture at this moment because it has been temporarily disabled due to reduce server stress. You should be able to change it to the pictures microsoft already has.

    It's not worth the hassle right now because uploading custom gamer pictures are disabled by Microsoft. No one can upload custom gamer pics at present due to the ongoing pandemic.
