Why won’t my cross-platform update for my roblox

This was part of my issue sadly My account is only signed in on xbox. And sadly the settings on roblox xbox is limited to only cross platform play and sign out

I believe Roblox is cross platform (maybe I'm wrong). Also Project Xcloud is coming soon so there's that. Hopefully more games enables cross platform in the near future.
