Why won't my cod points show up

Doing some research on this, I found that COD Points are only usable on the platform where you initially acquired them. You can find more details about this on the following Activision Support website:

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.



However, as mentioned on the previous website, if you have access to an Xbox console you can purchase the items you want with those COD Points and they should be reflected in your game on Steam if you have your Xbox account linked to your Activision account.

If you have no way to access the game on an Xbox console to purchase the items you want, then you can choose to request a refund of your COD Points using the following link to have your Microsoft account balance returned:

The refund procedure has become been streamlined to become more of a self-service option. This means that you will have to

request a refund on your end.

Keep in mind that you need to be logged into the account that made this purchase in order to see eligible items.

Sometimes the process is delayed either due to connectivity issues or problems server side. You may just have to be patient! However, if this problem persists, I'd try contacting Microsoft billing support on their website again. Once again, this may take
time, though they will do their best to get back to you. I imagine this is frustrating, I've had a similar issue with Black Ops 4 and PSO2 myself.
