    Why won’t my Black Ops 2 that I bought on my Xbox one YEARS AGO work on my Series S?


    I bought Black Ops 2 years ago on my Xbox One, and when I upgraded systems I wanted to play BO2 on it but when I click on the game it says I don’t own it. It’s $15 right now, so if I really have to I’ll buy it again.. but if I can save the extra $15 and just figure out why it’s not letting me play the game I already own, that would be the preferred option.

    Please check if you're able to see the Black Ops 2 in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”:
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available", and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.

    xbox series s headset volume way too low

    So to make this even more confusing to figure out. I just dug out my old xbox one s, fired it up and tested all the controller on
    it. The old ones still work fine. The black one that came with the new xbox series x works fine. The new style white controller that come with the new xbox series s and the new style black controller bought today from best buy BOTH have the headset low volume
    problem on my old xbox one s. Totally confused at this point.

    False Console Ban!

    I was playing Call of Duty Black Ops last night all was fine I tried to play Black Ops and now it says my console has been banned for "violating terms of use" no explanation at all once again my last system which was store bought as well was banned 2 years
    ago ( or when ever the last update was done that banned hundreds of thousand of systems ) before that I had a system that I bought 2 years before that from a pawn shop so I understood why that one could have been banned ( it may have been corrupted when I
    bought it ), but the last 2 were store bought 1 from Wal-Mart and this 1 from Best Buy and now I am told to fix it I need to buy a new one I am already out upwards of $500 and am really considering a move to PS3 even though I love my 360 can someone please
    give me some answers I don't cheat, I am not modded all my games are store bought new or used from GameStop what give
