    Why won't my account sign in?


    I have continuously tried logging into my account using the pin I have set up, only to be rerouted to a page saying "Something went wrong". It states that "This app made too many requests. Press retry to continue." Although, each time I press retry, nothing occurs. I can't log into my account and I don't want to lose all my games I've spent money towards.

    Factory reset my xbox1.

    I had already removed my profile account and downloaded it again and Signed in/out still same issue. Even with no profile signed on the xbox game store tabs won't work...this is why I have come down to a factory reset. My concern would be my game saves..

    It will now let me sign into my main account on mobile data but for some reason not on WiFi. I do appreciate the help however, but I just don't get why it won't let me while on WiFi.

    Same over here, I'm able to sign into other accounts on my xbox but it won't let me sign into my primary account.

    My account won't sign into live.

    Just a suggestion but you DID delete your profile before doing all of this. Caution, profile only, do not delete the content.

    Before the deletion have you verified that your account was not suspended or cancelled via

    suspension forums    ?
