    Why wont microsoft send me a shipping label


    So, i sent back my xbox elite controller a month ago for repair as the trigger was broken and covered in the warranty.

    I then recieved my controller back, not fixed!

    So i start a live chat and was told to do a repair order again. I never recieved a shipping label, so after 3 days i contact them and was told the was an issue with the shipping labels, cancel my order and try again.

    So i done as was told. Same thing happened again, o shipping label!

    This has now happened 4 times ive spent probbsly 48 hours on live chat to 13 advisiors.

    The majority of them came out with the line “ we will own this issue”

    So today ive been on with 3 advisors, 1 cancelled my order, the 2nd told me because I apparently cancelled the order they cant do anything for 24 hours! then the 3rd laughed at me and told me he would email me tomorrow.

    I started a request for repair. I had to pay $10 for expedited shipping. Will this cover the cost of shipping to Microsoft? Will they be sending me a shipping box with prepaid shipping label?

    I did all these things i forgot to write my service number seperatly then the shipping label. But my shipping label has my service number. Whats going to happen to my package will it be lost or will they just send it back. Or will they still work on it.
    This is my first time shipping anything im just nervous my 200$ controller wont make it back to me

    Yes, but I received an email from microsofts shipping partner and they said they would give me an e-label to send the controller to them but their was no e-label attached and it has been a week.

    Same just happened to mine after 20 days of owing it. I got the extended warranty and they gave me a shipping label to send it back. Why are they charging for the replacement?

    For the shipping label, ive tried different browsers and they all do the same thing. The "print shipping label" button is just gray.
