    Why won't microsoft jigsaw install


    I own the game, and have been playing it happily for many years, with only the occaisional problem.

    When I tried to open it yesterday, it refused to sign in. I looked through the support (with quite a few lniks to missing pages I might add!) and the general concensus was to uninstall and reinstall it. I have followed this advice, but now it will not
    reinstall. I have downloaded it, and it says it is ready to install, but when I click install, nothing happens!

    Can you help?

    community    . Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Problem solved. Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and re-installed. Everything is working just fine.

    Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?
    I've given up. I now have a Surface Pro and all my Jigsaws work on it. So why don't they work on this acer computer??? They always crashed ever since I purchased it. Some part of the Installation must be missing from window10 here. This computer was purchased
    bran New with windows installed. So I can't figure out what is missing . I work Daily challenges on Mahjong and Sudoku and they work perfectly. Forget it I'm won't use Jigsaw Thanks for trying to help.

    I have the same problem on MS Mahjong, Jigsaw, and Minesweeper: Installed, ready to play, but won't let me open them. All of them worked last week.
