    Why won’t Left 4 Dead work?


    I purchased Left 4 Dead some time ago on my Xbox One. I now have a series s and went through the app to get it on console and it said I don’t have rights to play the game (which I should since I PURCHASED the game). I uninstalled the first left 4 dead in hopes of reinstalling it and now it won’t even let me reinstall it. I really love these games and now I can’t even play them even though I own them. Can we please get this figured out soon?
