    Why won’t it let me switch ?


    It’s a whole new year and the exact same day it says I can switch again but it don’t work. It keep saying you already switched 5 times this yr , you’ll be able to switch it again on 1/24/2024. And, that’s what it’s giving me and im highly upset!!

    I am very sorry for the mishap you are going through, Select My games and applications > Show all. Go to Apps and select the Xbox Avatar Editor app. Select an avatar, then customize it however you want.

    This is a simple solution, if it doesn't give you good results I can give you another one to verify the solution.

    As a reminder, Game sharing outside your physical household is a violation of TOS and can lead to account and hardware bans
