    Why wont it let me sign out properly on the all new (and much worse so far) xbox app for win 10


    I have many Xbox live accounts I mean I have been an Xbox player for a lot of years now so why is it that when I click sign out on the new Xbox app for windows 10 it seems to sign me out just fine but when I click sign in again (expecting it to ask me
    for an email and password or maybe have a list of my known Gamertags along with an option to add more maybe) it automatically thinks I have only one profile and signs into that.... it literally will not let me sign out of that account to sign into my main
    actual account!!!..the mad thing is I have not used the account for years that it's forcing me to use and even more maddening is Xbox game bar is now signed into it too and cant sign out of it it's like it dragged up an old profile from somewhere on my pc
    and is holding me hostage to use it??? so now I can't sign in to any other profile!!! What's worse (if you can believe that's even possible at this point) I tried to fix it by going through every app with Xbox in its name and resetting it so after doing that
    with EVERY APP ON MY PC WITH THE WORD "XBOX" IN IT I load up the new Xbox app and it says welcome as if its first-time use and then BOOM MY OLD PROFILE AUTO SIGNS IN~!!!!!!! howwwwww I reset every single Xbox app!!!! I'm now starting to think I'm going to
    have to dban nuke my fking pc and reinstall win 10 just to get rid of this problem!!!

    Streaming Video/Games Freezes Unless I play windowed or a toolbar is up. Audio is fine.

    Starting to get worse, the app itselft is starting to freeze for me. Don't know if it was the new xbox app update, a Win 10 update, or driver related. Some answers on this would be wonderful.

    so this is definitely a repair issue

    you should call xbox give them that status code along with your personal info and they will set up a repair for you..

    trust me this is the only resolution your gonna get..

    n its a win either way especially if its in warrantee...

    as far as you not being able to sign in

    why wont it let you sign in??

    Hello! I just reinstalled the launcher, (I don't have the xbox app so straight from the site) And so far so good, it didn't sign me out and had me automatically signed in. Thank you so much for helping it was getting so irritating having to sign in and out! (If by any chance it signs me out again I'll reply to the thread again), so far thanks so much and have a great night(or day)

    Ah, I see, Thanks so much for all the help so far, it really saves me a bunch of time. Now I still have to figure out why i cant sign into xbox live.
