Why won't it let me download the Ubisoft Club app?

    Why won't it let me download the Ubisoft Club app?


    My Xbox One won't let me download the Ubisoft Club app however all other apps download just fine. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it? It says something has happened on the Xbox's end not Ubisoft and I have already tried soft resetting.

    Watch dogs 2 tbone season pass dlc

    and also the black hat pack won't let me as a season pass owner download, this games great but ubisoft needs to get their dlc situation together or someone does

    Assassins Creed Origins

    To install Assassin's Creed Origins, you need the Ubisoft Club PC app installed. Once installed, sign in with your ubisoft account you have linked to your Xbox account, then try installing the game again from the Xbox app. It should start the download from the ubisoft Club app.

    Do you have the Ubisoft Club app installed? If you open it on your own does the app open? It seems like the issue is with the Ubisoft Club app and not the game. The Division series has always been an online game, and I'm guessing that the game requires
    some information from the Ubisoft Club app to locally pull information about your Ubisoft account. So, I'd start with troubleshooting that app. Let us know if you have it and if it launches on its own without trying to launch the game and have it redirect.

    As far as I know, the ubisoft club app was having issues and has been for a few days.

    This app isn't directly tied to Division 2 and you don't have to login to the club to use Division 2. I disabled my login to the ubisoft app and just skip through it.
