Why won’t game that previously was working cannot launch?

Ok, so I was using cloud gaming earlier and had no issues (except bad lag when it occurred). Like no more than an hour ago. Lag got real bad, so I exited fully, to reload from fresh. Now game won’t load, spaceship comes up, but no game. Variables I’ve eliminated: I restarted my device, signed in and out multiple times, got literally next to my router for optimal speed. Nothing has worked. I love spending real money to not be able to play a game or use a service.

I believe it’s Xbox’s servers, they say it isn’t theirs, prolly the game. Only thing is, people live-streaming this game, right now. While I’m “locked out.”

This is the last time I pay for entertainment. Seriously Microsoft, invest in your servers.

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

What device are you using to play via cloud gaming?
Did you tried using a different device or Wi-Fi network?
What game is this?
If you try a different game something similar happens or not at all?
And, are you using a VPN, firewall, proxy or similar service in your device?

So I did that and went back into the game and redid everything but still I cannot start the game by pressing A. I dunno why it won’t work.

Tried everything listed and still hasn’t fixed it and after a few attempts at trying to launch the game my Xbox starts acting up and won’t let me launch anything. Also getting errors like “for some reason Home took too long to start” after many failed attempts at launching the game. I previously had the Cold War free access, and just bought the whole game. I don’t know if my system somehow thinks I’m still trying to launch the free access version?

24 FPS playback is limited to movies and TV. , no games work at 24 FPS. That’s why it won’t work

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Try setting up manual DNS settings then install the game.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

Solution 3: Please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try installing the game after that and see if it works.

Solution 4: Do a factory reset

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.
