    I am guessing that you downloaded the game successfully, correct?

    If you have downloaded the game to your console, then unfortunately you are in the wrong place. Here on Answers we can help you get the game purchased and installed. After that, the developer has to step in. Go here: Forza Horizon 4 – Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net) and they have ~125 articles that may help, and you can also create a ticket with them right at the top of the page to get individualized support.
