    Hello. So I have a disc copy of the new Call of Duty mw3(2023) but when I put it in the console it sounds like it wants to spin but won’t and keeps making the sound like it wants to go but won’t. I thought I might just be the disc drive but I tryed to reinstall and launch cyber punk and red dead 2 and they both worked fine have tryed the disc on 2 console's and nothing. Has anyone one else had this problem

    Some users have an similar error like you, and seems than the problem is with some discs of this game, i recommend to you get a refund of your game and buy another to see if another disc of cod mw 3 can be played on your xbox console. I recommend this because you said than you try run this game on 3 consoles and none of this could run the game, to see than another users have this error you can check it in the next link of a forum from reddit:

    What is the console model? if another games are running normal, this can be because the disc of cod mw3 have physical damage on the structure of the disc, check and compare your discs with the cod mw3 disc and watch for little inconsistencies in that disc.

    I’m running it on a Xbox series X and the game is brand new just opened it yesterday so no noticeable damage that would keep it from running.
