Why wont certain USB ports work on my brand new gaming PC?

So I just bought a new gaming PC & it came with 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A & 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, all on the back of the PC, and they work perfectly fine, but theres also 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A on the front, and they dont work at all, so idk how to get them to work. Can anyone help me, or give me any suggestions?

As a PC builder, it sounds to me like they're not connected to the motherboard. PC case USB ports have to be connected to the PC motherboard in order to function. To verify this you'd need to remove the case, locate the actual cable and check if it's connected to the USB header on the motherboard.

The rear USB ports are part of the motherboard, which explains why they are working fine.

That's why I posted a question there, SunkNath.

I tried almost everything from other Xbox Ports to format to another type (NTFS, FAT32)

Tried to turn on console with stick in it, cleared cache.

And about locked USB, I dunno: I can transfer files from PC on USB and read them/delete.

Is there anything that can help?

But as I said, USB is brand-new and working. (Even LED light blinking while it plugged in PC/Xbox 360

A "PC port" is brand new to a console gamer. A port is better than no game at all.

I've figured it out, apparently, it was my PC's front USB ports, not sure why they all stopped working correctly at the same time but that was the issue.

The xbox is very close to my modem, which is an att 2wire. I took my brothers networking adapter that you plug into a usb port, and it works just fine, so it is very sad that a brand new xbox can only work for 2 months
