    Why won't anything download or play ?


    For two days now nothing will download with being paused on its on yet downloaded not a sec of anything. I deleted my games to re-download after some things I read and now I can't even get them back because nothing will download. I troubleshoot the xbox and my internet like 20 times. Even when I click something to play nothing changes/nothing opens. I went to settings did things off line already checked all connections. I can't use my xbox app either it tells me I need to download it yet I already have it . My dbd needs a update and my fornite needs to be re-download now that I thought I could and that was the issue but it's not . I need help bad . Also on day two of this **** now my apps won't work either code 0x8027025a so simply nothing will work

    May I know if you already tried clearing your MAC address?

    Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address

    Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

    If yes tell me:

    Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

    Did you tried using a completely different Wi-Fi network?

    For this purpose you can share mobile data via Wi-Fi hotspot temporarily

    Or besides restarting and using a custom DNS address what else did you tried?

    Thanks Chardeman. It's odd because Xbox Support says Download should be an option, and are somewhat mystified why it won't allow me to do so - to the point where they say the Advocacy team will call back to help investigate further.

    If download really isn't supported though, I guess I won't be purchasing anything on Xbox Video..

    I'll reply back if I hear anything different from the Advocacy team.
