    Why won't any pictures load up in the store or on game pass?


    So the pictures of games in the store aren't loading, even the screenshots and videos won't load up no matter how much i wait, same thing goes to gamepass, no pictures are loading up.

    This is also happening with all newly downloaded games. The "Full library" catagory.

    No pictures are loading up

    nothing

    Help!

    Oh, sorry for being unclear this is only if you have an external hard drive if the internal storage is corrupted a reset keeping games and apps may fix the issue.

    Lastly, please check if there is an update for your console:

    "Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates."

    Didn't work too. And now, the games that i already had downloaded and didn't have their pictures missing don't have pictures anymore. Still playable but no pictures.

    [Edit] When i start a game and exit it, the tile images are back again.

    the thing is i can play games, download and even buy, but its just the pictures aren't loading up
