Why will microsoft do NOTHING about constant harassment.

So here I am, still being stalked and harassed by the same people. All started on 8-28-2020, ran into a pedophile grooming a young boy and took action and now the pedophile and her friends are retaliating against me. Daily harassment and just...evil messages
but instead of outright cussing at me they use work arounds in their text. "Pu55y A55 B...H" seems to be allowed. I for one am sick of it, so as of now I am filing a report with the FTC and Bureau of Consumer Protection against microsoft. I will also be contacting
my lawyers in regards to this and filing a law suit. I have provided so many screen shots to microsoft and reported and blocked SO many different accounts. Meanwhile they are free to report me en masse and lower my reputation (which microsoft will not fix)
not a single person has so much as received a Comms ban. DO SOMETHING MICROSOFT, I shouldnt have to threaten violence or legal actions to get results, but when words and the system fail then what else am I to do?

The enforcement team get thousands of reports a day, and they have to check every report. This can take time. Keep reporting the messages and the gamertags involved. If enforcement find that what you report is true, then the relevant action will be taken.

Phone and chat support do not handle enforcement issues so they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. As long as you've filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will look into it. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

The problem here is that she has tried contacting support, and they are not doing anything about it. So if u got a better idea, im sure we would be all ears. There needs to be action and there is none. I hope she continues to spread this guys gamer tag (or
w/e tag he uses) and spreads some awareness about the lack of action on Microsoft/Xbox's part.

Stop hiding behind rules.

This is someone I know personally and I've been following what's been going on with her and how she's been trying to report this. When someone is harassing another player, maybe instead report the damn perv instead of saying pansy ass **** like 'calling
out other gamers is not allowed on the forums'. She's not calling out a gamer. She's calling out a predator who is harassing her.

Ok I get that, but even after I got chat banned the person still kept sending me messages. I reported their messages but they did things like typing “Losser” or “idi0t” so nothing happened.

But for me I immediately got chat banned.
