    Hi

    It may be worth clearing your cache incase there's a glitch on your console buy holding the power button on console for 10 seconds until it powers off the boot it back up and try again.

    What error are you getting? Have you tried reinstalling the game to make sure it downloaded properly (whether you're playing from disk or digital). Also make sure your Xbox is up to date and possibly also do a hard reset of the Xbox.
