    so im on the microsoft edge app, and i finally find the perfect background for my xbox. So i double tap to take a screenshot of it so i can makeit mu background, and it wouldnt let me take a screenshot OR record. I thought that was weird since you can do
    it everywhere else basically. But the really weird part, is that i tried using cortana and she told me she "ran into a few snags, try again later." Why cant i take a screenshot of this picture, and better yet how else could i make it my background? Thank you
