    1st xbox I every buy because my kids wanted one the Xbox 1x , what a jewel it is , buy disc just to spend forever downloading games that just get erased anyways , power cycle , power cycle thats all you hear , spend hours down loading the same
    games over and over , and all anyome says is power cycle seriously , come on where is your pride in your product , time after time accounts get reset one minute everything is on there the next you get booted and everything is gone , i mean where is your quality
    at all in this product , the go here and here ... do this,do that ...no guys .. i paid for a product thats supoosed to mean something and it doesnt, if i ran my company like this id be out of business before i started , tired of the apoloigies just fix the
    **** **** system ... dont you think its been long enough. ... i mean how do you put a new one out and cant even fix the problems you already have with the older bersions ... so go ahead and tell me what site to go to ... so i can get my time amd money back
    geforce dont have these problems ... maybe theres a reason for that its called PRIDE

    they shipped me a new headset and it took 2 or 3 days to get to me. They did not ask for the old one back

    I've had about 10+ Xbox 360 controllers since I got my Xbox 360 on the 1st day of its release. I expect it to be largely the same with the Xbox One controllers, even with all of the new bells & whistles.

    You will never get a company to spend more on materiel that's is not meant to see the light of day.

    Even more sturdier controllers will never exist! Unless we want to spend 100-150 on a controller
