Why Why does my Xbox One out of no where won’t use wireless internet?

My husband just got put the xbox on his cell phone and the game loaded. Tried direct connect through Modem via ethernet and wireless routers and it does searching again. Is there a reason why this one game won't work on our home internet months later of
it working fine and now works on cell phone internet?

Hi Cruz,

Thanks for letting us know when the error occurs. There could be a few reasons as to why this happens. One the update is becoming corrupt. This can happen if internet glitches out for a moment, you pause the update. Wireless internet can have a lot of interference.
We recommend if wireless try going wired for the update. Second, the internal HD could be going bad. Although this one is rare it does happen. Personally have noticed with my consoles, any that are wired never fault. One of the ones I have that are wireless
has got the E error a couple of times. Try rebooting network hardware also, as this will refresh the connection.

The Xbox One console, does not support Bluetooth, hence why the headsets do not work on their consoles. You either use a wireless headset, this uses the Xbox wireless technology to connect to the Xbox or connect a wired headset to the 3.5mm headphone jack
that is in the bottom of the controller.
