Why whenever when i turn on my xbox one, the screen seems glitchy or broken?

Quick resume is broken and a total pain. Not necessary and creates problems I don't need. Getting ready to go back to my old Xbox. I've never seen something so glitchy. Skyrim is practically unplayable half the time and I've never had a problem playing it on my other console or my pc. Why would you make such a broken feature. Literally the number one thing to do when a game is glitchy is restart. You have made that difficult and impractical. Increasing frustration when you are already frustrated. What were you thinking?

Think it is why they consider gta online different than gta5. Think they will do a gta online by itself on xbox one with more players per session and such. Will promise more dramatic missions and play, but will be a big glitchy mess.

I like gta online, even with its missed deadlines, broken glitchiness, and underachieving, but when I get an xbox one, I will have moved on to other games and not come back for a slightly prettier gta online.

When i turned on my xbox at start the xbox was fine but when i tried to login my account and the menu thingy i couldnt do anything on there and couldnt login so i removed a cable from the xbox and put it back in and when it turned on the xbox screen was
black and the menu was STILL broken, i put in my internet again and the black screen went, its just the menu thats bugging me

I mean the thing still works for crying out loud. Whenever I trick it out of the error screen the graphics are glitchy showing red lines and absense of specific colors. But when its in the error screen, it displays normally. now tell me. How in the world
does it manage to neglect its failure to tell me it won't work?
