Why whenever i try to join a game at the neighbourhood in 2k it ends up showing me options...

If "The Neighbourhood" is a online multiplayer mode, you need to have an active Gamepass Core or Gamepass Ultimate subscription to play online. It does not matter where you bought the game from, all paid games on Xbox require a Gamepass subscription to play online. Free to play games do not require a subscription to play online.

I have been on the phone with both Microsoft and 2K trying to resolve the issue. Both have told me they can do nothing and point the problem toward each other. Microsoft says they can see the Bonus content code was redeemed and loaded onto my account
but cannot figure out why I can't see it show up. 2K has said that I need to return the game to the store but no one will return an open game. Stuck in nowheresville with an overpaid regular 2K20 game disc.

I have a hard time accepting invites. When the notification appears to press the center button to join a party and game, most of the time I apparently don't hold it down long enough or I hold it down too long and get the console off option. Why is this do
difficult? Never had any issues on the 360.

Also, it seems like whenever my friends and I try to party up, someone always has issues joining and when we do, usually someone ends up cold booting their xbox to get their party chat to work.

Please fix this and get us back to what we had on the 360.

In the options, it does not allow you to select the 4k option, and in the HDMI resolution it only goes up to 2K. And in the list everything appears with either an X or an alert, no option is green, but I have never tried to start a game with the TV showing no signal, I will test it.
