Why, when my suspension ended was I banned again?

Hello, to find out more about your ban you will have to contact Xbox Enforcement directly as they don't use the xbox forums to communicate.

If your ban is over 24 hours then you always have the right to appeal againgst it.

In the future please try and be as polite and respectful online as possible to avoid this type of action being taken againgst you, and if someone is being rude or abusive to you or someone else then do not respond to them and simply block and report them,
or even mute them as well. Also rember to give as much detail as possible to support your case and let the Enforcement team carry out their job properly and effectively. Hope this helps and good luck, all the best.

Theres a chance more than one person has reported you previously or for the same offence. Bans and suspensions arent always instant after the reporting

I suspect it was multiple reports for the same offense as others stated. Let the dust settle and you'll be fine. And be nice for goodness sakes. ☺️
