Why when I try to login to Xbox live I get internet failed ,xbox live blocked ?

i think this is a good part to start from in my. country there are some problems lately so my ISP started blocking some websites and things so i think xbox live is block by mistake or so and the diablo 3 launcher is too but when i run a VPN program such
@@@ hotspot shield/freeu 24 i everyting works good on pc so back to xbox after xbox live got blocked i started getting this when i run an xbox live test i get stuck and fail on xbox live part ( i can connect to internet but not xbox live ) so what was am
trying to do is to connect my xbox to the internet threw the PC and run a vpn connection on the way so i can connect to xbox live since xbox doesnt support proxy/ vpn connections

I am having the same problem. I am using ethernet and whenever I try to test it says Network failed, Internet blocked, and Xbox live blocked. I hope someone can help this problem.

Im also geting the same error; for me it worked yesterday and today it gave me the error when i try to login into my account i tried what you said and still doesnt work. when i try to connect to a network the network gets connected and the internet does
too but it fails to connect to Xbox live. I have tried login in with other peoples account and doesnt let me either...
