Why when I try to log into minecraft with Microsoft it says you must login with an account...

Hello so I have been trying to log in on Minecraft on PS4 to play better with friends but when I try to login it says login failed your Microsoft account is already logged in, please use your Microsoft account, I've tried to search for answers but nothing is working so I tried to log out of Minecraft on Android and then try again but I still get the same message, idk why it is doing this can someone please help?

If you are on PlayStation, kindly note that a Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN account and vice versa. If you forgot the Microsoft account currently linked to your PSN, you will have to recover it first.

Ok, i understand, but you said the error when you try to log with the Microsoft account ( you can't use the Mojang login anymore, just the Microsoft login) you have a password error message, that means you are using the wrong password of the Microsoft account, if that's the case you must reset the password

If what you try say is that what you want is to get a refund, it's not possible due to how long has it been since the purchase of the game.
