Why when I try to connect my Xbox one s to my phone’s mobile hotspot it dosent work

Hello again, Daniel. The steps to create an access point on iOS are as follows:

Go to Settings > Mobile Data, tap Set Up Personal Hotspot, then follow the on-screen instructions. If you've set up iPhone to use two SIM cards, the personal hotspot will use the line you've selected for cellular data.

Unfortunately, mobile hotspots are not designed to be fully compatible with the console and may not work at all times.

You can try resetting the hotspot or creating a new one on your phone, but there's never a guarantee that a mobile hotspot will work with an Xbox One console.

Before telling, you how to create an access point, I would like to know if you have an Android or iOS phone?

As for whether it would work, I can't tell you exactly that since, as I mentioned in my previous message, sometimes this type of connection is not compatible with the Xbox console.

And may it work in a few days ?
