why when i tried to sign into my minecraft account it made me make a new xbox account even...

. i recently got my new pc for christmas and logged into an account i just made. now when i try and get minecraft it makes me pay for it even when i logged into my original account that owns it.

Ok first and foremost you must download the xbox app and sign into it with your purchasing account and download the game

Then sign out and sign in with the new account on the xbox app

When I tried logging in, it made me make a new account (as stated before) but I had some friends search up my account and it was still there. I had no errors with signing it. It just made me make a new account.

By the way, we would like to verify if everything has been sorted out already? Or still cannot sign in your Xbox account to Xbox network and Xbox services? Let us know your response.

The xbox account that was linked to the microsoft account was unlinked, im unsure how such a thing can happen, the xbox account DerpzBear exists but it made me make a new one.
