If your refund has been denied and you haven't received any email informing you of the refund rejection after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk email folder, then I recommend reapplying for the refund but using this alternative link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, please reply to to it explaining in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

Thanks for coming to the forums. When you submit a refund request and you are denied or given the refund. You can reply to the emails they send to communicate with them. Microsoft made this switch a while back to have a specific team handle all refunds.
There are many different variables that fall under a refund. For example, if you have had a refund in the past year, you will be denied. We recommend to contact them via the email that stated you were denied. You can always re-submit a request also. As there
is nothing more we here on the forums can do I will be locking this thread.

Technically yes, but there are some other reasons that may affect the refund, like how many refunds have you requested in one year period, among others

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date
Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time

Be aware that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a refund, especially if it doesn’t meet the above criteria

The only way I can check is if, when you submitted the request, you got an email confirming that your request was submitted. Do you have the very first request submission confirmation that you made in November of last year and the reply email, then the date of the second email confirming the decision?
