    So I have this problem too. Mine happens like this. I sign in, get the prompt to put in my email and password. I do that, and a screen comes up asking to remember the password or not. When that happens, my live starts working again. So i click through that
    screen and an error code pops up, exactly the same one you experienced. I click ok, then it starts me back at the beginning of the process all over again...Right? From there, I press the middle xbox button until that screen goes away and live works.

    The same thing is happening I cant find troubleshooting. It asks me to put in my password and then when I do it it takes me back to the accounts selection area

    this is what worked for me after all day.

    I found this to work for me : (from this link: forums.xbox.com/.../2076129.aspx

    "Try going offline, restarting your Xbox from the snap menu, then going back online after it starts up."

    I started a different game & it asked me to go offline. I did, then restarted my xbox. When it came back up I was able to play online again

    i am having an issue logging onto Xbox live. First it asks me to update my security. Asks me my email and password. Then, when everything I have entered is correct, it says "sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Code:00000000
