    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us to contact them. Keep in mind that if your friend is not from the UK, the code will not work as gifting is region locked.

    SO when i click to redeem the code that xbox sent it comes up saying if this code is damaged contact the seller and as the seller is xbox and im over in the uk i dont really know the numbers i should be ringing

    You're welcome. Your friend should be able to request a refund for it or he can give the code to someone else if needed.

    i got the same problem, xbox is having a sale and i gifted a friend a game and everything was fine but now he gifted me one back and it say's differnt region.

    Why can't the codes be all the same? and why is there not a warning message that you sending it to a differn't region?
