Why weren't my credits deposited 2 dayas ago?

I have 54,750 credits pending and they were not deposited 2 days ago? What is going on ?

You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

HELP! Please deposit my money.

It depends on when you got to 5,000 pending credits. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000
between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The deposits I have listed under 'Pending Credits' are even from 2 years ago - 6/2/14 3,000 credits; 11/25/14 1,000 credits and 12/6/16 is 30,000 credits - none of these have deposited period? Thank you
