    Why wasn't the latest Beta preview update release notes posted on Reddit yesterday?


    I check this site everyday for new update releases so it can be manually installed before I play. Today I discovered an update was automatically installed at 8.55am yesterday 17-5-2023. This release is not posted on the Reddit site.

    There's a Reddit for the Insider Program that can keep you up to date on what previews are available at any time. https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/

    They don't release specific dates no when a preview will come to a certain ring until it's ready. So there's no way to know when it will be available for omega yet. It was made available for beta yesterday.

    This was a known issue with consoles enrolled in the Alpha Skip Ahead Insider preview.

    Is your console enrolled in a Insider preview? If so, download the latest OS update.
