Why wasn't my Rewards Points transferred on time?

I have over 15,000 rewards points that I made a request to transfer over by the 15th I needed those points to cover my Game Pass subscription and now that they weren't transferred over I have a past due on my account. Can we please get them transferred so
I can get that taken care of? Thanks.

Xbox rewards to Microsoft rewards

I had some Xbox reward points in my rewards account (not loads admittedly) and signed up for Microsoft rewards prior to the switch over I read on the rewards website all points will be transferred from Xbox to microsoft rewards by the end of June but I
still don't have them in my account, any ideas as to why not?

Xbox Live Rewards points not transfered

My Xbox Live Rewards points were not transferred on the 30th of March like they were supposed to, I was wondering why that’d be, I have 20k points hoping to get them into currency

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending (you can only request a deposit when you have between 1,000 and 5,000). If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of
the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

My credits were received on the 11th, which is BEFORE the 15th.

So they would be scheduled for deposit at the end of the month since you got them after the 1st.

There was also no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month was scheduled for the 9th.

That scheduled for the 9th did not work I had 250 points when I click we on early deposit but still not deposit now I have to wait until 31st for the points part of me is glad rewards are going it's been down since you started wiping out VIP ranks, now it
gets replaced with rubbish ms rewards which most rewards are not for xbox gamers

It’s so absurd to me that we aren’t getting points deposited immediately. Does Microsoft have to wait for postage and 4-6 weeks for shipping and handling to deliver the points in person?! I have a hard time believing a company with the resources like Microsoft
have such a clunky system in place.
